The journey of AASRAN Medical Device began with the vision of its founder, Mr. Tim Lili Third, whose determination and commitment to healthcare excellence laid the foundation for a company that would stand the test of time. As the company grew, leadership responsibilities were passed to Mr. George Sanction, uncle to Mr. Tim Lili Third. With strong leadership and business insight, Mr. George Sanction expanded the company’s operational strength and global reach. His dedication helped establish long-term partnerships and strengthened the company’s reputation as a reliable manufacturer in the global medical device market.
The legacy continued into the next generation when Mr. James Sanction, along with his wife Mrs. Lorini Goana, assumed leadership of the company. Over the past 10 years, they have successfully transformed AASRAN Medical Device into a modern, forward-looking manufacturing organization while preserving the values of trust, quality, and integrity established by earlier generations. Their leadership has driven sustained growth, expanded global partnerships, and ensured long-term profitability, making the company stronger and more competitive in international markets.
Today, AASRAN Medical Device operates with a highly skilled workforce of 350+ dedicated professionals, supported by advanced infrastructure and modern production technologies. Our manufacturing strength includes a 26-acre integrated manufacturing campus in Brazil, specializing in the production of surgical sutures and surgical mesh products. In addition, we operate a modern manufacturing facility located at Mapple Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, South Africa, designed to support large-scale production and international distribution requirements.
